Hey there 👋 I’m Devin, and I spend my weekdays deep in the world of internal communications at Workshop. Unlike a chatbot or some copy-and-paste “thought leadership,” I’m an actual person who’s been doing this work for years — the fun, messy, and very human side of helping teams actually connect.
Why “Ask Devin”?
Because sometimes Google (or let’s be honest, an AI tool!) just isn’t enough. Internal comms lives in the gray areas — it’s strategy, timing, culture, and a whole lot of nuance. The words matter, but so do tone, context, and knowing when not to hit send. Those are the kinds of things you only get from talking to a real person.
